Withdrawal Successful but Not Received? Fix It

By the editorial team · Updated September 26, 2026

When a reward game says your withdrawal was successful but the money isn’t in your wallet, the payment has usually left the game and gone somewhere other than where you expected — most often because of a destination detail, or because the receiving provider is still holding it. “Successful” means sent, not received. Check your details against your wallet before assuming the worst.

Key takeaways:

  • “Successful” or “paid” means the game released the payment. The gap is between the game and your account.
  • The top causes are a wrong-but-valid account ID, a name or number mismatch on an e-wallet, and the wrong crypto network.
  • Gather the reference or TXID first, then contact support once, with everything they need.

Is this the same as a pending withdrawal?

No. A pending withdrawal hasn’t been released yet; a successful one has. If your status still says processing or under review, you’re in a different situation — read why a game withdrawal stays pending instead. This guide is for when the game’s history clearly says completed, paid or successful.

Why the money hasn’t arrived

Once a payment is marked successful, it has one of four fates:

  1. It went to a valid account that isn’t yours. A single wrong digit in a phone number or a typo in an email can land on someone else’s real account. The game sees no error, so it reports success.
  2. The provider is holding it. E-wallets and banks can hold incoming transfers for their own checks, especially for new or unverified accounts.
  3. It’s in a queue on the provider’s side. Batched or bank-rail transfers may sit in processing, particularly over weekends and public holidays.
  4. It was bounced back. If the receiving account rejected it, the money may return to the game — sometimes showing up later as a reversal.

Checks by payout method

PayPal

  • Compare the email in the game with the one on your PayPal account, character by character.
  • Check whether the email is actually confirmed on PayPal, and look under Activity, not just the balance. See our PayPal payout hub.

E-wallets (GCash, DANA, OVO, GoPay, TrueMoney, ZaloPay)

  • Confirm the mobile number format and every digit.
  • Check that the name registered on the wallet matches the name you entered in the game, if the game asks for one.
  • Make sure the wallet is verified to the level needed to receive transfers; limits vary by provider and country.
  • Look in the wallet’s transaction history and notifications for a held or incoming payment.

Crypto (USDT, Binance, Coinbase)

  • Paste the TXID into the block explorer for the network the game used. If it shows confirmed to your address, the payment is complete on-chain.
  • If the address matches but your exchange shows nothing, the likely culprit is a network mismatch — for example, the game sent on one chain and your deposit address expects another. Contact the exchange, not the game, with the TXID. Our USDT guide explains networks.
  • Crypto sent to a wrong address cannot be reversed by anyone.

Pix and bank rails

  • Recheck the key or account number, and look for returned transfers in your bank app.

When should you contact support?

Contact support after you’ve checked your details and given the method a reasonable normal processing window, or straight away if you find a typo in your payout details. If the money went to a wrong but valid account, tell the game quickly; whether it can be recovered depends on the provider and is not guaranteed.

Who to contact:

  • The game — when there’s no reference, the details look correct, and you need proof of what was sent.
  • Your wallet or exchange — when you have a reference or confirmed TXID showing it reached your account.

What information to send

Put it all in one message so nobody has to ask twice:

  • Player ID and the game name.
  • Screenshot of the withdraw history showing “successful”, with date and time.
  • Amount, payout method and the destination as entered (mask part of it).
  • Transaction reference or TXID, and the network for crypto.
  • A screenshot of your wallet history showing it hasn’t arrived.

Don’t submit a second withdrawal for the same balance, and ignore anyone who says a fee will “release” your payment. If a payment was rejected rather than lost, the steps in what to do when a withdrawal fails apply.

Prevent it next time

Before cashing out in any game, such as Hexa Sort - Real Reward, save your payout details once and double-check them against the receiving app. Treat rewards as a fun bonus, not income, and keep the method simple. Our payout checklist covers the rest.

FAQ

The game says paid but I have nothing — is it a scam? Not necessarily. Most cases are a destination detail or a provider hold. Check your details and the wallet’s history before concluding anything.

Can a payment sent to the wrong number be recovered? Sometimes, but it depends on the provider and isn’t guaranteed. Report it to the game and the wallet provider quickly.

Why is the money in the explorer but not my exchange? Usually a network mismatch or an unsupported token. Contact the exchange’s support with the TXID.
