Best Games That Pay Real Money in Vietnam (2026)
Games that pay real money are harder to find in Vietnam than in most markets. Decree 147/2024 bars online games from converting in-game points into money or cards, so whether a reward game offers any cash-out there depends on the game. On Google Play data as of 13 Oct 2026, Piggy Match - Win Cash rates highest of the games we track.
Key takeaways:
- Vietnam’s Decree 147/2024, in force since 25 December 2024, says in-game points and virtual items can’t be converted back into money, bank cards or gift cards.
- Piggy Match - Win Cash (4.6★, 745 ratings) and Crazy 3D 2048 - Real Cash (4.6★, 439) lead our ranking of Play data as of 13 Oct 2026. The ranking doesn’t show what each game offers in Vietnam.
- If a game shows no payout option for Vietnam, don’t work around it. Rewards are small, never guaranteed and a fun bonus, not income. 18+.
What does Vietnamese law say about games that pay real money?
Vietnam treats in-game rewards as things to use inside the game, not to cash out. Article 57 of Decree No. 147/2024/NĐ-CP, signed on 9 November 2024, sets the rules for businesses that provide online games.
Article 57 contains three rules that matter here:
| Article 57 | What it says (Vietnamese) | In plain English |
|---|---|---|
| Clause 3 | ”Không được gắn chương trình khuyến mãi có thưởng (bằng tiền hoặc hiện vật thật bên ngoài trò chơi)“ | No prize promotions paying cash or real goods outside the game may be attached to the game |
| Clause 4 | Points and virtual items are “không được quy đổi ngược lại thành tiền” | They can’t be converted back into money, or into phone top-up cards, bank cards, shopping cards, game cards or gift cards |
| Clause 5 | ”Không mua, bán vật phẩm ảo, đơn vị ảo, điểm thưởng giữa những người chơi với nhau” | Players may not buy or sell virtual items or points between themselves |
The decree took effect on 25 December 2024 and repealed Decree 72/2013, which had governed internet services and online information since 2013.
What this means for you, as general information rather than legal advice:
- A game may offer no cash-out in Vietnam at all. Reward features and payout methods are set by region, so check the withdraw screen before you put time in.
- Don’t use a VPN to unlock another country’s rewards. A location that doesn’t match your account can trigger a review. See can you use a VPN with reward games.
- “Game bài đổi thưởng” apps are the opposite of a safe choice. These card games swap chips for cash or cards, which is exactly what Article 57 rules out. Treat them as gambling and stay away.
How do the games we track rank on Google Play?
Six games have a public Google Play rating, and two share the top score. We sort by the displayed star rating, then by the number of ratings. The table measures player satisfaction, not whether a game pays out in Vietnam.
| # | Game | Puzzle type | Rating | Ratings | Installs |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Piggy Match - Win Cash | Pig-themed match | 4.6★ | 745 | 50K+ |
| 2 | Crazy 3D 2048 - Real Cash | 3D number merge | 4.6★ | 439 | 10K+ |
| 3 | 3Tiles 3D - Real Reward | Match three tiles | 4.0★ | 280 | 10K+ |
| 4 | Mahjong 3D Match - Win Cash | Mahjong match | 3.9★ | 1,323 | 100K+ |
| 5 | Screwdom - Win Cash | Bolts and screws | 3.9★ | 779 | 100K+ |
| 6 | Goods Match - Win Cash | Goods sorting | 3.9★ | 121 | 5K+ |
Google Play data as of 13 Oct 2026.
Since the June version of this page, Crazy 3D 2048 has moved up from 4.5★ to 4.6★. Fruit Match - Real Reward, then listed third, now shows no star rating on its Google Play listing in our 13 Oct 2026 data, so it drops out of the ranking along with 18 other games. Mahjong 3D Match carries the most ratings of any game here, 1,323, which makes its 3.9★ the hardest score to move.
Where does ZaloPay fit if a game does pay out?
ZaloPay comes in only if a game lists it for Vietnam on its withdraw screen. Even then, the wallet must be verified first. ZaloPay’s help page cites the State Bank of Vietnam’s Circular 40/2024: from 1 January 2025, only biometrically verified accounts can transfer money or pay online.
Its in-app route has two steps. Go to Tài khoản (Account), tap “Cập nhật sinh trắc học”, then verify with your chip-based CCCD citizen ID card. Do this before you need the wallet, so a pending check doesn’t hold up anything later.
Before you rely on any cash-out in Vietnam, check these points:
| Check | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| The withdraw screen lists a method for Vietnam | No method listed means no cash-out for your region |
| The game is on Google Play, not an APK link | Sideloaded apps have no public ratings and skip Play’s review |
| You never pay to play or to withdraw | A fee to “unlock” winnings is a scam signal |
| Your wallet is verified in your own name | Unverified ZaloPay accounts can’t transfer or pay online, and a name mismatch can stall a payout |

Which scams target Vietnamese players looking for paying games?
The common ones ask you to send money first. If an offer needs a top-up, a deposit or a “fee” before you can withdraw, walk away.
- “Nhiệm vụ” task jobs. A stranger on Zalo, Facebook or Telegram pays a little for easy tasks, then asks you to deposit more to unlock bigger rewards.
- Card and slot apps that swap chips for cash. Article 57 bars online games from converting points into money, so treat any app that does this as gambling.
- Recruiting groups promising a fixed daily income. Ad-funded games can’t promise earnings.
- APK files sent in chat. A real reward game has a Google Play listing with public ratings.
- Requests for your OTP or ZaloPay PIN. Nobody needs these to send you money.
